The stay was enjoyable and perfectly timed for visiting Neiva Cathedral and the nearby Parque Caracoli, both easily accessible. I loved the fresh and delicious breakfast that set us up for the day. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a great place to relax after exploring. It’s also conveniently located just a short walk from shopping at Centro Comercial San Pedro Plaza.

The rooms with the most comfortable beds and coffee, for instance. Excellent customer care. Everything perfect. Magnificent location for our visit to a shopping mall just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel. Walking distance to shopping centers and a large supermarket across the street...

Dealing with the hotel over the phone can be annoying!!! Their room service timings need better adherence, or at least better communication about the waits!!! The location is a bit isolated from the city center too!!!

Breakfast was a good highlight with fresh options, and I appreciated the complimentary water too! During my previous visit to neiva, ghl hotel was great with its clean, modern facilities. The breakfast was a hit with plenty of delicious options for the family. The location was also great, situated near shopping and dining choices, made everything convenient.

room service took longer than expected.

I stayed in a Double Room for 3 nights, and it was supersuper clean and cozy. The air conditioning worked well, and I loved how it wasn't blowing right onto the bed. There were nice toiletries in the bathroom, and having a fridge was a bonus. The bed was comfy,. I did notice some noise coming from the atrium since my room was on level 2, but it wasn't a big deal at night.
